Eva Levin is the designer and creative leader behind the brand Scandinavia Form. The company was founded in 2014 when Eva had launched her first series of vases, and has since made a rapid growth. Now, four years later, a lot has changed and she is no longer alone in the company.
– Finally I can focus on what I love the most, which is the creative aspects, and creating this platform where artists can collaborate and interpret Scandinavian design. This brand was never supposed to be just about me, however in the beginning I had to do everything myself.
When asked how she feels about the whole entrepreneurial part of being a designer, Eva explains:
– The best thing is I get the chance to be creative and build something, as well as working together with others. It is fun to watch it grow and think about all the aspects such as strategy and positioning. Luckily I have support from great people who always help me figure out how to best prepare for the next step.
The products from Scandinavia form is already sold in 12 different countries. This year, they have participated in multiple exklusive exhibitions around Europe, from 100% Design in London to Thousand Vases in Paris.
– We are aiming to grow globally. In five years, I hope we are at least 10 people working within the company, and that we have established collaborations with other producers and designers. We also aim to have our first product, the vase, considered a design classic.

– The support has been invaluable. Innovation Skåne helped me create an organizational structure, and identify the different parts of the company. Also I have had help in creating a budget and tackle some legal questions. Overall, I have been given a lot of support from the whole network of Skåne, which I am so grateful for!”
